The Promoter is Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, Trading as 米乐体育m6安全下载 (ABN 84 064 786 885) (the ‘Promoter ‘). The Promoter’s address is Unit 2, 16 Weld Street, Prestons NSW 2170
The “Offer” is for the construction and or installation of a “Drop In” swimming pool from the promoters “Aqua Dip” range of pools to standard authority requirements and governance relating to pool construction, installation and compliance in NSW.
1. The total maximum value of the “Offer” is $55,000.00.
a. The “Offer” is not transferable for cash.
b. The “Offer” is not transferable to any 3rd parties or premises not identified in the Preliminary Works Agreement executed with 米乐体育m6安全下载.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
2. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents in New South Wales who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants ‘). Entrants must be over the age of 18, as of the date of entry.
a. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent,
grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
3. This offer is extended to 1 of the first 30 clients who execute a “Preliminary Works Agreement” for the construction of a Residential Dwelling under the following conditions. 4. To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below): execute a 米乐体育m6安全下载 Preliminary Works Agreement and pay the required fee as stated under the normal terms and conditions set out in 米乐体育m6安全下载 Preliminary Works Agreement for the purchase and construction of a residential dwelling.
5. The execution and acceptance of 米乐体育m6安全下载 Preliminary Works Agreement must be within the specified Promotional Period, 9:00am 01st September 2022 and 5:00pm 30th December 2022.
6. The “Offer” is only available for clients of Capitol Constructions Pty Limited, t/as 米乐体育m6安全下载 that are constructing a residential dwelling within 米乐体育m6安全下载 standard service areas. Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of entry as outlined in these standard terms and conditions.
7. “Drop In” pool for the purpose of this promotion is identified as being the Horizon 5.5m x 3.6m pool as supplied and installed by Barrier Reef Pools Sydney South.
8. The competition commences on 01st September 2022 at 09:00 AM and closes 30th December 2022 at 05:00 PM (‘Promotional Period ‘). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. If any draw date falls on a public holiday, as defined in the state of the Promoter, that draw will be conducted on the next business day. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
9. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at Promoter’s Premises at Unit 2, 16 Weld Street, Prestons NSW 2170 on 1st February 2023 at 01:00 PM. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
10. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within two business days of the draw.
11. The installation and or construction of the prize, must both commence and reach completion within the construction period of the residential dwelling contract with 米乐体育m6安全下载, to which the prize applies.
12. The winning entrant will be entitled to the offer, subject to site conditions and design suitability, and must comply with all statutory authorities’ codes and practices relating to pool construction and compliance with in New South Wales.
13. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from “米乐体育m6安全下载” and or its subsidiary brands (Evoke Home and Land).
